AP生物课程内容学习紧紧围绕四个核心观点（big ideas）：

Big idea 1.进化过程推动了生命的多样性与统一性；

Big idea 2.生物系统利用自由能量和物质来生长、繁殖并维持系统的内稳态；

Big idea 3.生命系统储存、检索、传递与生命过程息息相关的信息并做出回应;

Big idea 4.生物系统是复杂的，其相互作用体现出复杂性。

AP Biology focus on four big ideas:

Big Idea 1. Evolution drives the diversity and unity of life;

Big Idea 2. Biological systems use free energy and matter to grow, reproduce, and maintain homeostasis.

Big Idea 3. Living systems store, retrieve, transmit and respond to information relevant to living processes;

Big Idea 4. Biological systems and their interactions are complex.

第一部分：单项选择题，90分钟，60 题，60 分

Section I: Multiple Choice 1hr 30 mins 50% of score

第二部分:   主观题：90分钟，6题，60分

Section II: Free Response 1hr 30 mins 50% of score
